Cermoné - Morning Intent.
From drifting through the day to actually choosing how it begins. Most mornings, you wake up and immediately dive in. Notifications. Noise. An “urgent” Slack message that’s very much not urgent.
Before you’ve even had a sip of water (nevermind coffee), the day’s already in charge.
What if, just once, you got to decide how it starts? Your shower is one of the few places where your brain stops buzzing. No tabs open. No expectations. Just warm water and a bit of quiet.
It’s a good place to ask yourself:
What do I actually want to bring into today?
What deserves my energy and what doesn’t, no matter how loud it’s shouting?
No need to overdo it. Sometimes the most powerful intention is just “be a little less feral than yesterday.”
Write it on your mirror if you need the reminder. Let it sit with you, long after the steam fades.
